We want you to love your MYSA experience.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@mysaclub.com and we will work with you to make it right.

Due to the nature of personal care, hygiene, and wellness products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened boxes or individual products.

If your MYSA box arrives damaged, defective, or missing items, please include your order number and photos when contacting us.

We reserve the right to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
