Please note: MYSA boxes are currently available for preorder. Estimated shipping timelines will be shared on the product page and by email. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days once inventory is ready for fulfilment.

Shipping times vary by destination and carrier, but U.S. orders generally arrive within 3–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, weather, or circumstances outside of our control.

MYSA is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
